Many external mentors participating in this programme are senior managers from the tourism industry who voluntarily provide their time and experience to benefit their fellow colleagues and the tourism industry in London.

If you are interested in becoming a mentor, we will provide you with free mentor training. The only condition is that you agree to mentor one mentee for 5 sessions.

Would you be where you are today, without the help of a mentor? Although you may not have recognised it at the time, haven’t you had a mentor at one time or another in your career? That person that took you under their wing, listened, provided advice and guidance, introduced you to the right people – doesn’t that sound like a mentor. Many mentoring relationships now and in the past were not part of a formal mentoring relationship.

If you have benefited in the past from a mentor and would like to help someone in your industry have the same advantage, then maybe you would like to be one of our mentors.
