This course is open to employees of any hotel, visitor attraction, museum and theatre in the Greater London area. The course is aimed at supervisors, junior and middle managers. It is anticipated that participants on the course will have line-management responsibility for other staff.
This course is only suitable for people who can communicate effectively in English.
There are a limited number of places available. Bookings will generally be taken on a first come first served basis. However, we reserve the right to refuse bookings.

The registration asks for contact details of the sponsor within the organisation (the HR Manager or General Manager) who will be responsible for paying the fee and ensuring the participants are available to attend the course. It also asks for details of the proposed participants. The invoice will be send to the sponsor for payment once places on the course have been confirmed.
