PEOPLE&PLACES operates two divisions: 'People' and 'Places'.
The PEOPLE division provides services in the area of personal and professional development, focussing on achieving higher performance and productivity in the workplace though customised development programmes.
SHINE PEOPLE&PLACES set up in-company mentoring, deliver tailor made training sessions for mentors and arrange management and development masterclasses. Whether the objectives are to improve performance or develop workplace skills either departmentally in larger organisations, or in a small company with fewer than 50 staff, SHINE PEOPLE&PLACES can help.
SHINE PEOPLE&PLACES is associated with the Oxford School of Coaching & Mentoring (OSC&M), is a member of the National Mentoring Network (NMN) and subscribes to the Code of Ethics developed by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
